Nemawashi vs. urgency
Specs vs. economics

Discovery first, then your five questions.

Part 1

We ask about Toray's US growth, and we listen

Your goals, your motion, and where growth is stuck. We also decide, together, whether this is a fit.

Part 2

We answer your five questions

Directly, and against what we just surfaced together.

What we want to understand about Toray in the US.

Part of today is mutual. We take engagements where we can move the number, so we are assessing fit too.

Re: Recap and the plan for Toray thermal and low-loss materials.
1 · Greeting and gratitude
Thank you for the time today, and for walking me through your roadmap for next-gen AI clusters and the thermal and signal constraints your team is working against.
2 · The three value messages
  1. Rack density is thermally capped; every degree you cannot dissipate throttles compute and shortens GPU life. Toray's thermal composites let you raise density without the throttle.
  2. At 224G interconnect speeds, film-layer signal loss erodes usable bandwidth per watt. Toray's low-loss films recover it.
  3. Advanced-materials supply is concentrated offshore. Toray's US-made materials de-risk that and shorten qualification and lead times.
3 · Buyer's own confirmation
Did I capture your priorities correctly? Is there anything you would like to add or change here?
4 · Sequence, past signature

The way in

Start with a scoped, paid diagnostic for one chosen vertical. Concrete, de-risked, carried internally.

Thank You

  • A deeper working session to scope a paid diagnostic
  • One chosen vertical: AI data centers, semiconductors, or aerospace and defense carbon fiber
  • Pricing based on a defined scope.
