This Privacy Policy explains how Jozu Revenue Systems ("Jozu," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with jozurevenuesystems.com, our related microsites, and our sales and communications services.
What We Collect
When you visit our sites, we do not deploy advertising trackers, third-party behavioral profiling, or analytics beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the site.
If you submit a contact form, schedule a working session, respond to outreach, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide, typically your name, work email address, telephone number, company affiliation, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to you and, with your consent, to correspond about Jozu Revenue Systems services.
We do not sell, rent, or share submitted contact information with any third party for marketing purposes.
SMS & Telephone Communications
Jozu Revenue Systems and its authorized representatives may contact you by telephone or SMS text message where you have provided your number in the course of a business inquiry or an existing relationship, or where otherwise permitted by law. Business calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, coaching, and training purposes; where required, you will hear a recording disclosure at the start of the call.
Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further messages, and HELP for assistance. You may also opt out at any time by emailing jeff@jozurevenuesystems.com.
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third party. Mobile information and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties except subcontracted service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messaging service on our behalf.
Data Subject Rights
If you are located in California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of information you have submitted
- Object to processing of your information
- Withdraw any previously granted consent

Retention
Contact submissions and call records are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus two years, after which they are deleted from active systems.
Children
Our sites and services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International Transfers
Information submitted through our sites is processed and stored in the United States.
Changes
We may update this Policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
